  I HIGHLY recommend this Sephora location (inside JCPenney). I was treated with so much respect today (was here about 130 pm) that I had give the associates who assisted me a 5 star rating. If I could give 6 stars, I would. I didn’t catch their names, but the two girls (one blond haired and one brunette haired) were so polite, cute and sweet. They were eager to help without being one bit pushy, and the blond lady was so nice she gave me a few samples to try first as my skin is dry and sensitive. I haven’t been able to shop around for skin care or make up much, but because of the excellent service I got today, I will surely stop by Sephora more often. This location will be my first stop before I go to other beauty stores. Thanks so much, ladies, for your wonderful customer service. You should be recognized and rewarded for your friendly positive attitudes and warm smiles.

  Was in tonight on December 28, 2017 and wow these 2 girls working were soooo rude. Also one was the manager so you would think to expect better from her right? She had short black hair and the other girl was tall with long brown hair. Rude, rude, rude. Didn’t help me at all. Barely spoke to me. When I asked questions, they ignored me. When I said thank you, they ignored me. I just got a bad and unfriendly vibe from them both the entire time I was in the store. Maybe they were having a bad day lol, oh wellllll. I love Sephora too so I’m sad I won’t be going in person to shop anymore. I’ll be shopping online from now on.
