  Everyone is 1). Very friendly and personable and 2). Knowledgeable. 3). Service is outstanding 4). I use the drive-up pharmacy 90% of the time and waiting time is minimal. If there seems to be a bit of a wait I realize that the customer may have a question/issue and that it is being addressed. If it was me (or you) we would want the extra time as well. Waiting in any line is bearable. If not then that person should leave a bit earlier. It's not anyone's fault that you're impatient. Rite Aid is great!
