Several attempts over a two month period have not resolved the issue. Now, they simply don't respond at all. I highly recommend buying your furniture elsewhere. I have updated my review to three stars now that the loveseat has been repaired. Customer service is all that sets businesses apart, and Legacy will do well to work at improving theirs.
