  Sears and also Jc Pennys in Redding use them to do repairs. My fiance and I both needed our rings sized, both were brand new no visible flaws in the diamonds or the gold work. When my ring came back in ( a $1000 black diamond ring ) had a flat spot on the band and tool marks all over it. I brought it back in, the same day we picked up my fiance's ring. There were now carbon marks in the diamond ( which tells me they took her diamonds and replaced them with lower quality diamond) Also her bagget dianonds that were staright and looked beautiful were destroyed and put back in lop sided.
