  I've been going to Advanced Concepts for a few years now. I purchased a notebook computer from them earlier this year and I have been very happy with it. No problems at all with it. I've had several questions about how to do certain things and Advanced has always gone out of their way to help me out. Prior to purchasing the new notebook computer I had them work on my old computer a couple times. Once was a virus and the other time was a blue screen in Windows. Both times they quickly corrected the issue. The virus was the first time I used Advanced and before choosing them I called around to get prices and to get a "feel" for how the companies handled things. Advanced was as much as half the price and very nice and professional. I would (and have) highly recommend them to all my family, friends and co-workers.
